Education that inculcates global awareness is the need of the hour. Globalisation demands an education system which sensitizes individuals to global trainings, and enables them to think beyond borders in terms of global opportunities. So to keep pace with technological demand of skilled manpower by industry, department of Mechanical Engineering has organized global certification programs for Mechanical Engineering students.
BOSCH Automotive conducted hands- on training program for Mechanical Engineering students at the institute. Students of Final Year have participated in a 4 week training program conducted by BOSCH Automotive during June-July 2013. Students of III Year Mechanical Engineering participated in one week Automotive after market training by BOSCH Regional Training Centre, Delhi.
57 Students of II Year, 30 students of III year and 33 students of final year Mechanical Engineering Participated in AutoCAD 2013 certification program conducted by AutoDesk, USA.
To cater to the need of skilled manpower in the field of Design & Analysis of Mechanical Systems Mechanical Engineering department initiated the process of establishing Autodesk Institutional Training & Testing Centre at Dronacharya Group of Institutions. The Certification program is developed to objectively validate the skills and knowledge of student to achieve academic success and advance their careers.
In nutshell department of Mechanical Engineering is working towards developing requisite skill set in students so as to meet the present need of modern industry.
