Communicating and coordinating with the Sales team and associated Clients for all major setups either National or International installation. Documenting and follow up on customer complaints. Co-ordination with development/testing team. Ensure high standards of Service. Skills Required- Good Communication Skills, troubleshooting & Problem Solving Capacity. Knowledge of IT Hardware/Software, OS & Networking, client server architecture of applications.
